Your camera supports firewire. Now your setup differs based on the type of computer you have.

Does your computer have a firewire port?

Plug in your firewire cable to both your camera and computer. The firewire port on your computer will look like this:

I have a Windows PC without a firewire port    [expand]

You can add Firewire ports to your PC by purchasing a Firewire add on card.

I have a Mac without a firewire port    [expand]

Unfortunately, Apple has decided to omit firewire from the new Macbook and Macbook Air models. There are not currently any Mac solutions that convert USB to Firewire and support Flash for live streaming.

You can, however, use your Mac's built in iSight camera, or purchase a USB webcam that works with Macam drivers.
